An amazing local talent and complete cool chick to share with you before market day... You may already know of Kate Monotti, a Bendigo based freelance photographer and qualified photojournalist. She's currently the chief photographer for international children’s magazines LittleONE baby and LitteONE kids, in addition to shooting relaxed portraiture and commercial projects across Victoria and beyond.
Kate's stall on Saturday will feature works shot over a six-day period in April 2013, which form part of a collection titled ‘Treasures from India’. They were captured in and around Jaipur, Rajasthan, where Kate was documenting a ‘behind the scenes’ story about local business James & Hill. Little Keeper's hand painted wooden jewellery range draws inspiration from geometry, simplicity of design and use of colour. Pieces are available in a rainbow of colours and finished off with a glossy resin coating. New pieces of the Little Keeper collection will include the hexagon and square earrings and the hexagon necklace, a gorgeous statement piece.

The signs are just beautiful and perfect for customising for weddings, engagements, births or any of life's special moments. Vinyl Cuts have been with us a few times now and we're stoked to have them with us on Saturday with their amazing range of homewares and jewellery made from recycled vinyl records. The upcycled records range includes cake plates, clocks, coasters, wall art, bowls and jewellery. Please note - no "good" music was harmed in the making of their products. Plus, they'll be bringing their new range of cool cushions this time too.

A long time favourite of The Square is local Bendigo studio jeweller Milton Long, who has been designing and making artisan jewellery for over 25 years. His pieces include earrings, pendants and brooches that are characterised by simplicity of design, wearability, durability and a highly professional finish. Milton works predominantly with sterling silver employing traditional jewellery techniques, and likes to incorporate unusual semi-precious stones, crystals, titanium and vintage plastics into his pieces.

Another familiar face to share with you today...
Lovely stallholder Jane from Zen Moments will be bringing her popular range of soy candles back to Bendigo for our market day. You'll love the bottles she uses for her candles, which are a little bit old school, a little bit vintage and the coloured glass means that they'll look amazing in your home or make wonderful gifts too. A new product in the range is the room sprays, pictured below, which will be available in a variety of fragrances.
We can assure you this lady clearly loves what she does and is meticulous in her making and presentation. And, just between us, will talk your ear off about her favourite scents and combinations too :)
